Job Summary: Creditor's Rights law firm seeking an individual to fill the Associate Attorney position. Licensure is required with admission to the Nebraska Bar.  Prefer additional licensing in Iowa. This position will be attending court, signing pleadings, settling cases, and various other attorney tasks as assigned.  The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of litigation and should welcome the challenges of a dynamic legal environment and be open to work-related travel. Must be energetic, self-directed, and capable of managing his or her own caseload. Responsibilities will include a wide variety of tasks associated with litigating debt collection matters.
