The South Carolina School Boards Association, a private, non-profit organization based in Columbia, seeks a staff attorney with a strong legal background. The Association provides services to the state’s 72 elected and appointed school boards and several special schools and educational entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting education law research, drafting education policies, and advising school boards on education law and policy issues.
