The Legal Services Director is responsible for the implementation of all legal services that support the organization’s mission to end and prevent homelessness for clients served through One80 Place programs. The Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of attorneys who provide direct legal representation throughout a 20-county service area in the Midlands and Lowcountry and to ensure implementation and compliance of legal services funded through Equal Justice Works (EJW), Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) and SC Bar Foundation/IOLTA programs.
