Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in employment or complex commercial litigation for its Columbia, South Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and experience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. While experience in employment law is preferred, we are also open to attorneys with substantial defense-side litigation experience in complex matters who are eager to develop expertise in labor and employment law.
