DescriptionSummary:The Legal Contracting Specialist, working independently and in coordination with paralegals and attorneys, receives, processes, and tracks requests for contracts with physicians and other contractors/vendors, gathers and uploads supporting documentation for compliance purposes, and implements renewals and modifications to, and termination of, existing contracts.
