Whether you're a recent law school graduate or a seasoned practitioner, we welcome passionate advocates committed to serving immigrant communities. Prior immigration experience is not required—we will provide the training and mentorship needed to grow in this practice area.

About Us:

We represent clients in removal proceedings, family-based petitions, asylum, humanitarian relief, and employment-based immigration.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS.

• Conduct client consultations and legal intakes.

• Draft motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.

• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions.

• Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely filings.

• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and procedure.

• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to any U.S. state bar (Maryland bar preferred but not required).

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Commitment to learning immigration law and a passion for serving immigrant communities.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred, but not required.
