DescriptionSummary:The Director of Physician Transactions and Medical Groups Counsel provides legal services on physician employment arrangements, practice acquisitions, and other transactions involving the CHRISTUS System?s incorporated medical groups, including CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic entities (collectively "CTC"). This counsel will work with and at the direction of more senior attorneys and autonomously within designated areas. The Director must interact effectively with all staff and management concerning matters handled.
