Property Manager
Under general direction, the Waterfront Property Manager implements programs for management and leasing of Port land and buildings for retail, commercial, office and industrial uses.  Responsibilities include an assignment that focuses   on a combination of property management, leasing and occasional special events coordination. The essential functions of this position include: Ensures lease compliance, regularly inspecting leased areas to determine if property is maintained in accordance with the lease and inspects vacant spaces to determine maintenance and repair needs. Negotiates lease, lease renewals, license agreements, Memorandum of Understanding and permits with prospective and current tenants in accordance with established Port policies and practices
