The Regional VP of Real Estate Development is responsible for assisting the VP of Real Estate Development in implementing a regional development strategy and pipeline through sourcing new construction, acquisition and preservation affordable housing projects within an assigned region. Supervise assigned team of Senior Development Directors, Development Director(s) and Housing Associate(s) in managing the real estate transaction pipelines within the assigned region.   The Regional Focus is on the East Coast region.
