Holland & Hart is seeking an attorney to join its bankruptcy and commercial litigation teams. This position will be based in and support our Boise, Idaho office, with the opportunity to work on matters with other offices in the firm’s footprint.   Position requirements Candidates will have completed a U.S. Bankruptcy Court clerkship and will possess at least five years of top-tier law firm experience in the practice of business bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.  Candidates must also have substantive experience appearing in bankruptcy court and conducting evidentiary hearings.    We are looking for someone who is team-oriented (but can work independently), and with strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates should
