DescriptionSummary:The Director, Clinical & Regulatory Counsel provides legal services on matters relating to clinical operations and regulatory compliance for hospitals, ancillary and ambulatory facilities, physicians, physician groups and other providers within a nonprofit healthcare system. This counsel will work with and at the direction of more senior attorneys and autonomously within designated areas. They must be able to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management in connection with matters handled. This attorney should have experience with (commensurate with years of relevant practice) and interest in continually expanding their understanding of the typical range of regulatory and other legal issues arising in connection
