Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte office working on the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. Typical transactions include representation of issuers, underwriters, borrowers and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.   Preferred candidates would have three to four years of transactional experience ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions.  Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.   JOB REQUIREMENTS
