We are looking for a charismatic, welcoming, and empathetic attorney who will representand defend our clients before EOIR and USCIS. Candidates MUST be proficient in reading,writing, and speaking Spanish. Candidates with at least 2 years of removal defenseare preferred. Experience drafting motions, briefs, memorandums, and requests for prosecutorialdiscretion is required. Candidates with experience in immigration analysis, LPR and Non-LPRCancellation of Removal, VAWA, Asylum/CAT, U-visas, and waivers are preferred. Prior workexperience with agencies such as EOIR and the Office of the Chief Counsel is a plus.
