JOB DESCRIPTION Moore & Van Allen is seeking an Associate with trademark litigation experience to join the Intellectual Property Team in our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years (or more) experience handling trademark litigation matters before federal district courts and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to IP enforcement and litigation are essential.
