Basic Function: The Indiana State Bar Association is an Independent Certifying Organization (ICO) for Family Law and Trust and Estate Law. These specialization programs are designed to recognize attorneys who have achieved a level of experience and expertise in their field and to advance professionalism and civility in practice. The Certification and Program Manager is responsible for managing the certification and accreditation processes for these programs.  The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with technology, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and volunteers simultaneously.
