Lowenstein Sandler’s Tax practice is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join the team in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office.  The ideal candidate will have diverse experience across a broad range of tax matters, with particular expertise in funds-focused and M&A-related tax issues. The incumbent should be capable of advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including fund formation, structuring, and operations; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and cross-border investments and acquisitions. Additionally, they should have experience providing tax guidance to startups and their founders.
