Additional Information About the RoleThis position is primarily responsible for transactionally focused work, including contract drafting/negotiation and policy review, and other legal work needed to support various BJC entities and departments. A background in one or more of the following areas is desirable:  real estate (facility/office leasing), supply chain, IT and physician/clinical service agreements.  Requires familiarity with health care regulations, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, and FCA. Areas of responsibility may change over time, depending upon the department’s needs and the individual's aptitude and interests.   Requires superior
