JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Superintendent, plan, organize, control and administer the District’s personnel system including classified and certificated employees and programs; assure compliance with applicable District rules and policies, State and Federal laws, codes and regulations; oversee the evaluation process; serve as the District’s chief negotiator; serves as a member of the Superintendent’s cabinet; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
