Attorney Recruiting Specialist
Day Pitney LLP has an opening for an Attorney Recruiting Specialist.  This position may be based in either the Hartford, CT or Parsippany, NJ office.  This individual will coordinate all aspects of the entry-level recruiting process (including on-campus recruiting and the Summer Associate program) and will provide backup for lateral recruiting.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years recruiting in a law firm environment. Responsibilities: Entry Level and Law Student Hiring:Provide strategy and direction for law student and entry-level recruiting.Build and maintain strong relationships with law school career services at target law schools; plan strategic outreach and communication
