Gogo, Inc. has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to be located in Broomfield, Colorado. Position Overview: The General Counsel will act as senior legal advisor to the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, senior management and business leaders across the organization. They will manage a team of three people, including an attorney, a paralegal and a vice president of regulatory affairs, and will have responsibility for the management and oversight of all global legal and regulatory issues, including the wide range of legal services necessary to ensure compliant day-to-day business operations.
