The University of Minnesota Law School is seeking applicants for a clinic faculty position beginning Fall 2023 in the area of immigration and detainee rights. The clinic faculty member will work in the James H. Binger Center for New Americans [BCNA].  Specifically, in the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic which is one of three interrelated BCNA clinics along with the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and the Detainee Rights Clinic.The BCNA is a comprehensive immigration law clinic housed within the Law Clinic office.
