Senior Attorney: Employee Benefits (Retirement Plans)
The New York and Los Angeles offices of Epstein Becker & Green are seeking an attorney to work at the level of a senior attorney to join its national Employee Benefits practice.  Candidates should have a minimum of fifteen years of knowledge of/experience with employee benefits law, specifically, in areas such as ERISA, and the Internal Revenue Code as they related to qualified retirement plans, including traditional defined benefit plans and defined contribution/401(k) plans. Experience with multi-employer plans, multiple employer plans, cash balance, and/or 403(b) plans is a plus. Experience counseling plan sponsors on benefit structures, tax qualification requirements, fiduciary duties in the administration of employee benefit
