Legal Research Director - SDRI
Job Summary: UW Law School seeks an experienced attorney to serve as the director of legal research at an initiative studying public law, institutions, and democracy in the U.S. states.The attorney's primary responsibility will be to lead research and scholarly projects regarding developments around the country at the intersection of state public law and democracy. The first phase of these products will be conducting original legal research on state-level questions, which may involve state constitutions, state statutes, and/or state judicial decisions. The attorney will both undertake this research themselves and supervise students who will support the research. The attorney will then play a lead role in analyzing
