What You'll Be Doing The IT Contracts Specialist will serve as the lead for every phase of contract development including researching the legal regulations, assisting with the creation and development of RFPs and bids, evaluating proposals, negotiating the terms and preparing the print document. He or she will work with the County Attorney’s Office, the Finance Office, Senior Leadership and Project Managers to get the best outcome on contract management, negotiations, monitoring, oversight and administration for IT hardware, software and service contracts. Projects may be based in IS department or may be conducted by IS on behalf of other County Departments procuring IS solutions.
