Job Location:  Downtown Los Angeles or Phoenix, AZ (based on preference); Hybrid Schedule, minimum two (2) days per week in Office Job Description:  We are seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of family-based immigration experience to join our dynamic legal team. We provide direct legal services to members of UNITE HERE Local 11. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload consisting of, but not limited to, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, and waivers. Experience with asylum cases is preferred.
