The Iowa Department of Revenue’s Legal Services and Appeals Division is currently seeking an experienced attorney to specialize in income tax law for the Legal Services Section. The Legal Services and Appeals Division is responsible for:: Appeals: The Appeals Section of the Division reviews tax appeals and participates in administrative hearings for the Department.  Legal Services: The Legal Services Section of the Division provides legal support to the Director and Department staff across all divisions of the Department. Legal work for the Department involves a variety of subjects including but not exclusive to tax.
