Immigration Legal Writers to draft EB1s, NIWs, L1, O1s petitions Contract/Remote Job Openings We are a 10+ year old, well-regarded employment based immigration law practice. We are growing and are seeking to add fully remote paralegals and legal writers to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for drafting EB1, NIW, O1 and L1 petitions exclusively and must be able to handle all aspects of the petition drafting.  Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the visas, superior research, writing and excellent time management skills. Payment is flat fee, per-case basis.  This is a long-term, permanent position and ideal for paralegals or off-shore companies wanting to add clients.
