This is specialized property management and business development work, directing the negotiation, preparation, processing, implementation and enforcement of leases, licenses, contracts, and specifications for use of facilities and services, property valuation and rental, awarding of concessions, and other revenue generating programs and related support services at the City's municipal airports.
