Ogletree Deakins has an opportunity for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join the Firm’s expanding team.  Our Recruiting Team supports full-cycle recruiting efforts for all staff and legal positions firm-wide. Working closely with the immigration practice group leadership and the broader Recruiting team, this role is primarily responsible for all aspects of the recruiting cycle for the immigration practice group firm-wide, including staff and attorney roles. This position reports to the firm’s Director of Recruiting. The manager will proactively source candidates for current and future hiring needs, while keeping the firm’s core values and commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams top of mind.
