Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Knowledge Management to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our knowledge management (KM) systems and initiatives. The Director of Knowledge Management will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm effectively captures, organizes, and disseminates knowledge and information to enhance the quality and efficiency of our legal services. Collaboration with the firm’s Director of Technology Innovation and the Director of the Research & Intelligence Center will be key to the success of this individual. This is a remote position with the flexibility to be on-site periodically as needed if located in close proximity to Philadelphia. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.
