Under limited supervision of a Program Manager, the Regulatory Officer plays a crucial role in drafting, coordinating, and revising rules to implement the statutory authority, powers, and duties imposed upon the Department for regulating entities and matters under the agency's jurisdiction. The Regulatory Officer provides regulatory guidance and assists staff in performing their duties affected by regulatory and legal responsibilities.   The Regulatory Officer assists the Program Manager(s) and Director in advising the Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) and staff on the application of various federal and state statutes, including the Administrative Procedures Act and the Open Public Meetings
