City of Albuquerque – Contract Attorney The City of Albuquerque, through the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board (“Air Board”), is seeking a qualified attorney to contract with to provide legal representation and general legal services to the Air Board. This position is an independent contractor, and is not an employee of the City of Albuquerque. Applicant must be admitted to the practice of law by the New Mexico Supreme Court and be an active member of the Bar in good standing.
