The Nashville office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an associate to joins its Commercial Litigation practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in the areas of complex business and commercial disputes, corporate shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation (non-patent), employment (restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and discrimination) and/or healthcare-related litigation. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle most aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, drafting discovery, reviewing electronically stored documents, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances. The ideal candidate would also have experience in appellate work.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Tennessee is mandatory.
