The Newark office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a M&A transactional attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant corporate transactional experience. Preferred candidates should have prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, LLC operating, shareholder, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions) as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience. Ideal candidates should exhibit the highest level of legal and practical problem solving skills, strong oral presentation and drafting ability, and client relations acumen. The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and are seeking opportunities for growth and the desire to work on a broad range of business transactions in the health care industry.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, have excellent communication and writing skills, have excellent drafting skills, and have strong corporate transactional/regulatory experience. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
