Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced Immigration Associate to join the firm in its Denver location.

We are seeking applicants who are eager to begin to manage a practice and contribute to a team rather than feel like a “cog in the wheel.” Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, representing clients in all aspects of business immigration law; researching US and global immigration law and procedures; preparing and implementing case strategy for immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications; maintaining case records and running reports; guiding clients through the intake process, maintaining a high level of communication with all clients, and; helping to lead and supervise the business immigration team of 2-4 staff.
Ideal candidates will have 2-8 of years of experience in business immigration law. We are seeking candidates with excellent analytical and writing skills, organization and research skills with attention to detail. Experience in working with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM and immigrant visa process is preferred.

Compensation and Expectations:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based — you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $185,000 - $270,000.
Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
