Attorneys in the Office of Legal Affairs provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to UNC Charlotte, and have challenging, wide-ranging practices that often require handling multiple unrelated—and often unfamiliar—matters concurrently. The Assistant General Counsel must be able to complete complex projects both independently and with direction from the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Integrity and General Counsel, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel, the Senior Associate General Counsels, and the Associate General Counsels.
