								<description>Greenville, South Carolina,  COMPANY:&#xa0; Fluor is a global, first-class provider of engineering, procurement, and construction/construction management (&#8220;EPC/EPCM&#8221;) services in the energy, mining, metals, infrastructure, advanced technologies / manufacturing, and life sciences markets. POSITION:&#xa0; As a member of the Law Department, the Senior Counsel will provide legal support and counsel for (i) drafting and negotiating engineering and construction contracts ranging from FEED to complex EPC/EPCM contracts, framework agreements and joint venture agreements, (ii) partnering with the Company&#8217;s business lines to support proposals and projects with legal matters, (iii) managing and assisting with project execution and dispute resolution, (iv) interfacing with senior leadership and advising on risk management issues, and (v) addressing other legal matters as they arise. LOCATION/RELOCATION:&#xa0; In-office presence (Greenville, South Carolina). Relocation package provided. EXPERIENCE:&#xa0; The Successful candidate will have &#xa0; 15+ years of relevant legal experience with a law firm and/or in-house legal department. Prior in-house experience is preferred.
