This position requires:
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school;
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for comity licensure;
At least 10 years of relevant experience;
Broad knowledge of judicial procedures and rules of evidence, with successful trial and appellate litigation experience; and
Highly skilled in legal research, drafting legal documents, ordinances, and opinions, and providing legal advice in public and private.
