Benderson Development (The “Company”) has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Real Estate Attorney – Leasing.

Overview:

Reporting to senior leadership, the Real Estate Attorney – Leasing will serve as a strategic partner in managing and negotiating lease-related matters across Benderson Development. This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly integrate with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience at a reputable law firm and/or corporate in-house legal department, including a background in contract negotiations and commercial real estate leasing.

Location/Relocation:

Sarasota, FL. This is an in-office role and relocation assistance will be provided.

Compensation:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
