Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and Chapter 11 experience for our Roseland, NJ or New York City office.  This position offers an opportunity for great work experience representing creditors' committees, debtors, institutional creditors, and a diverse assortment of other matters, as well as direct client contact.  Excellent academic credentials are required.  The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2023 through 2020 is $260,000 to $390,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
