Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Attorney with a proven track record in high-level IP transactions, including patent acquisition, patent licensing, and patent litigation funding. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of complex IP matters and related corporate structuring, demonstrated leadership in sophisticated deals, and a clear specialization in patent-related transactions.
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
