 Product Lifecycle Management

 Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI technologies into existing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and innovation. 
 Facilitate functional and technical requirements by maintaining a well-defined roadmap and collaborating with process owners and/or practice groups during scoping activities. 
 Manage 3rd party vendors where applicable to ensure the product continues to meet the firm&#8217;s needs, including influencing the product roadmap and evaluating the vendors&#8217; performance. 
 Prioritize product backlogs across products within your portfolio. 
 Manage delivery schedules and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. 
 Cultivate a client experience focus and culture when defining workflows and user interfaces for new and existing products 
 Monitor, measure, and analyze product/capability performance, net promoter score (NPS), user observation studies, focus groups and roundtables, utilization, and adoption across the firm to discover trends and patterns. 
 
 Technology Subject Matter Expertise 
 
 Act as an in-house expert or liaison to vendor experts on specific technologies. 
 Stay abreast of legal technology trends &#8211; especially automation and artificial intelligence &#8211; industry benchmarks, capabilities, and vendor roadmaps to inform firm direction and platform evolution. 
 Liaise between the legal teams, vendors and other firm support teams to ensure support of practice-specific tools. 
 Work closely with IT teams to support releases, upgrades, improvements, etc. 
 Collaborate with others in the organization and technology vendors to influence roadmaps, build partnerships, and ensure accountability with vendors. 
 Understand and adjust for the impact that automation and artificial intelligence have on people, processes, and technology and how these change the business of law and ethical obligations. 
 Key deliverables may include Customer Profiling/Segmentation &#38; Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Product Requirements Document, Product Enhancements Backlog, Product Business Case, Product Roadmap, Client Success Storytelling, and End of Life Plan. 
 May develop project plans for initiatives, establishing timelines for completion, and sustaining and growing product adoption, where applicable. 
 
 Support, Training &#38; Adoption 
 
 Coordinate with vendors and 3 rd &#xa0;parties to provide day-to-day support to attorneys, legal teams and clients; including onboarding, user provisioning, access setup, and workflow troubleshooting. 
 Lead (or coordinate with vendors to conduct) demos and training sessions for new users and teams to adopt new technologies. 
 Develop and maintain (or coordinate with vendors to complete) user guides, training materials, job aids, FAQs, and internal documentation. 
 Promote technology adoption through targeted communications, tutorials, and ongoing engagement with departments and practice groups. 
 Track platform usage, impact, and satisfaction to inform optimization. 
 Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and operations through automation or innovation. 
 
 Supervisory Responsibilities 
 
 May have direct reports; responsible for conducting team meetings and providing feedback on performance, communicating relevant metrics to help team members assess their progress, highlight key achievements, and note areas of improvement. 
 Partner with peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement, growth, and innovative spirit for all team members.

 Executive Director 
 The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive of NWHA in accordance with the By-laws and its policies and directives. The ED is the face and spokesperson of NWHA, responsible for the active management of the day-to-day operations and interactions with members, trade associations, agencies, and external contacts. The ED reports to the President and Board of Directors and takes a leadership role in the implementation of the Strategic Plan and annual strategic initiatives.

 Specific Duties and Responsibilities 
 Under the general direction of the President and Board of Directors, the Executive Director seeks to meet the needs of the membership across the following areas:

 Work with prospective companies to create new membership opportunities; recruit new and retain existing members 
 Develop communications to ensure member engagement; provide to Admin for publishing 
 Sustain member engagement at a high level to strengthen committee activities

 Accounting 
 
 Make deposits; check PO Box 
 Provide financial reports to the treasurer and interactively communicate on financial issues 
 Operate bill pay online with oversight from the treasurer 
 Prepare annual budget draft for board approval and manage expenses within budget categories 
 Oversee development of IRS filings 
 Work with the treasurer and executive committee on investing reserve funds 
 Review bank accounts and credit cards online regularly; the treasurer also has access for oversight 
 Oversee risk management: updates to insurance programs and onsite event coverages

								<description>Nationwide,  The National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) is seeking an experienced attorney to work for economic justice for low-income and other disadvantaged communities as a member of NCLC&#8217;s Energy and Utilities Unit. The attorney will support state advocates in the southeast working to advance energy affordability. The attorney will provide technical assistance for administrative litigation before state utility commissions and will intervene in selected proceedings in conjunction with local advocacy partners. Additional duties include: research and writing, conducting trainings, and public speaking. The attorney will also participate actively in NCLC&#8217;s Energy and Utilities Unit and support our nationwide Energy and Utilities work. This position will be a hybrid or remote role, requiring travel in the southeast, to Boston, and other locations as needed. A candidate who is located in the southeast is strongly preferred. A law degree from an accredited law school. At least 5 years of legal experience Admission to the bar in good standing required; ability to be admitted pro hac vice in southeastern states as needed Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and act independently Strong legal and analytical skills Administrative law experience Expertise in energy and utility issues required Experience in administrative litigation before state utility commissions required Strong communication skills, including effective and persuasive writing, public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse coalitions, funders, and the media, including a track record of building connections between people and organizations to advance shared objectives Ability to represent NCLC in a range of situations Ability to be flexible, collaborative, diplomatic, and proactive and to work with staff throughout NCLC Demonstrated commitment to racial justice, and to advocating for equity for low-income and other historically marginalized and economically disadvantaged people and communities Strong preference for an attorney based or located in the southeast NCLC pays on a competitive salary scale, commensurate with years of legal experience.

 The successful candidate will have meaningful legal experience relevant to the pharmaceutical manufacturing/distribution, healthcare, or similar regulated industries. 
 Key Duties &#38; Responsibilities: 
 As directed by the Senior Counsel and/or the Vice President of Legal &#38; Regulatory Affairs, the Regulatory Counsel will perform functions including, but not limited, to, the following: 
 
 Support and report to the Senior Counsel and Vice President of Legal &#38; Regulatory Affairs on legal and regulatory matters, with a focus on laws and regulations applicable to wholesale distribution and export of prescription drugs, medical devices, and other products. 
 Represent Direct Relief in connection with inspections and investigations by government oversight and enforcement agencies. 
 Advise on application and implementation of federal and state laws relating to governing the domestic and international distribution of pharmaceuticals, including the Food Drug &#38; Cosmetic Act, the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, BIS and OFAC regulations, patient privacy laws, relevant Executive Orders, and pharmaceutical industry trends and best practices. 
 Advise on the development, implementation, and update of policies and standard operating procedures implementing FDA regulations, supply chain integrity requirements, fraud and abuse statutes, anti-corruption statutes, and pharmaceutical industry best practices. 
 Advise relevant departments in connection with audits by corporate donors of pharmaceuticals. 
 Provide timely, actionable regulatory and statutory advice to management and department heads upon request. 
 Work collaboratively with all departments to develop strategies and resolutions to unique legal, regulatory, and/or organizational challenges. 
 Proactively identify and mitigate liability risks in the workplace. 
 Support the Legal and Regulatory Affairs department in the review and quality-control of legal work performed by Direct Relief&#8217;s retained counsel in the United States, Germany, and Mexico. 
 Support the Senior Counsel and the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs on other duties as assigned. 
 Required Qualifications: 
 
 Experienced legal practitioner with 5 or more years of relevant experience in a law firm, government, and/or in-house position. 
 J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited law school. 
 Admitted member in good standing of the California Bar, eligible to practice as California Registered in-house counsel under California Rules of Court 9.46, or otherwise authorized to practice from home jurisdiction. 
 Experience interfacing with government oversight and enforcement agencies (such as the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), state Boards of Pharmacy, or California Attorney General). 
 Demonstrable knowledge of the laws and best practices governing the domestic and/or international distribution of pharmaceuticals, such as FDA regulations under the Food, Drug &#38; Cosmetic Act, supply chain integrity (DSCSA/FMD), fraud and abuse (Anti-Kickback Statute), privacy (HIPAA/GDPR), anti-corruption (FCPA), and Good Distribution Practices or Good Manufacturing Practices. 
 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders; comfort navigating conflict and operating with minimal oversight. 
 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
 Adaptive to changing priorities and able to juggle multiple assignments with deadlines.
