Senior Attorney Position.
Brown Law seeks a highly experienced senior attorney to conduct consultations, determine case strategies, prepare briefs for litigation, attend hearings and fight trials in Immigration Court.
Compensation and Benefits.
· $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.

· 401(k) retirement savings plan with full brokerage account and a 6% employer match with no employee contribution required after 1 year.
· Profit Sharing after 1 year: Brown Law issues profit sharing to employees once per year with amount based on profitability of the firm
· Pension Plan after 1 year: Brown Law contributes to a pension plan. Employees are guaranteed 5% returns and receive monthly pension benefits for life starting at retirement.
· up to $500 annual reimbursement towards CLEs and bar expenses.
Licensing Requirements.
We will consider attorneys barred in any U.S. jurisdiction. Our ideal candidate would be barred in Virginia or Maryland (or eligible to waive into either state).
Language Skills.
The ideal candidate would be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience.
This is a partnership track position for a highly competent, experienced immigration attorney. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working in an immigration law firm as an immigration associate.
