The Health & Senior Care Section seeks to hire a mid-level litigation associate. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience including law and motion experience, written discovery and deposition experience, mediation, and trial experience. A background in health care litigation is favored. Prior experience working with health care providers is preferred but not required.

This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett's five offices with the ability to work remotely.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.
