Job description Sivaraman Immigration Law, a NC based boutique immigration firm, has an opening for a full-time Immigration Paralegal. Salary for this position is commensurate with experience and experience is strongly preferred. Our practice focuses on employment based immigration in select business sectors, in addition to some family based immigration processes. Paralegals are responsible for preparation and filing of a variety of petitions and applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor.
