Job SummaryThe Environmental & Energy Law Program (EELP) is seeking a Staff Attorney to support EELP?s legal and policy research related to the federal government?s ability to address complex public health and climate challenges in light of changing administrative law doctrines. The Attorney will support EELP?s engagement with scholars, regulators, NGOs, and private sector actors to consider new doctrinal approaches and principles. They will work in close collaboration with the Executive Director, Managing Attorney on this project, Fellows, and student Research Assistants and collaborate with the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at HLS.
