Barley Snyder LLP, a regional law firm of more than 120 attorneys is looking to fill the position of Help Desk Technician.
This position requires excellent communication and phone skills as you will be responsible for providing helpdesk and technical support for all offices. We seek a very detailed and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who can function in a team environment. This position is an integral part of the successful operations of the firm and requires a high level of customer service.
Candidates should have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Office applications, along with experience troubleshooting printer connectivity, desktop and laptop hardware. Familiarity working in a virtual desktop environment is desired.
