Overview: Watts is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join its talented and collaborative legal team of 6 lawyers in the U.S. Most lawyers plan to spend their careers at Watts, and some have been there for over 20 years. 

Company: Watts Water Technologies is a $2.3 billion public company and global leader providing water technology products, including plumbing, heating, and water quality solutions for residential, industrial, municipal, and commercial settings. Its mission is to provide safe, clean water for the world and to protect our planet's most valuable resource.

Experience: 5+ years of experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements. Experience with corporate governance, securities, and M&A at top law firm highly preferred. 

Location: North Andover, MA (hybrid in office attendance on Mondays through Wednesdays.)

Compensation: $190K-210K with15%-20% bonus at target.

Bar: Admission to at least one state bar in the United States.
